1. I just placed an order. What happens next? When will it arrive?

All orders ship from our climate-controlled facility within 24-48 hours. If you are in the continental US, your order will by shipped by the US Postal Service. Unless something goes wrong, you should receive your order within five business days.

2. I have dietry restrictions. Can I take your supplements?

All of our supplements are gluten free, lactose free and vegetarian. We never use fillers, binders or animal byproducts.
