It seems that I am experiencing positive changes in digestion. I have not lost any weight or belly mass but do feel better.

Definitely seeing higher energy and focus. The weight doesn’t just drop off, its slow and steady, combined with a heathy diet results are sure!

My cravings for sweets and carbs has diminished and I’m actually eating salads more frequently. I seem to have more energy and focus during the day.

I have been using nucific Bio X4 for about a year. It has done a great job of regulating my system and eliminating intestinal issues. I think it has also helped with weight management.

I have been using Bio-X4 for approximately 2 years and have lost 30 pounds. I primarily use it as a probiotic. I find that it is less expensive than buying four different supplements separately when taking advantage of the discounts when they are available. I take one capsule before each meal.

I have not been taking this product consistently and I have still noticed improvements with my digestion. So far I’m loving this product, it is super easy to take and there are no side effects for me. To me its a win win! If you are on the fence about trying a new product, DO IT, you wont be disappointed.

I can’t really tell you if it’s a product or the hormone therapy that I am doing for the last 6 months, but so far I do not have that much appetite as I used to have, I feel good, my weight has dropped from 138 to 132 in one month. More I will tell you, when my last bottle will be finished, and I would not take it for a while, so I will be able to feel the difference.

I have been talking BIO-X4 for about 6 weeks twice a day. No noticeable taste, smell or odd texture and best of all no reminder benches after. My bowel movements have become more regular with ideal consistency after about 2 weeks. My most notable take away is about 3 weeks into taking it, I entered a prolonged period of stress which in the past would wreak havoc on my gut health and cause weight gain. However I have actually lost weight and maintained my gut health despite taking a cruise and having my world turned upside down after vacation. I intend to continue with Bio-x4 and will recommend it to anyone.

I have been taking Nucific for about one month, and I have experienced a marked improvement in my digestion and bowel movements, which had been a troubling issue for a long time. The probiotic really does work! I am looking forward to the other benefits of this product as I continue to take it daily.

I can definitely say that I feel a lot better while taking this. I can’t say that it has caused me to lose any drastic amount of weight, but it has helped me keep the weight I lost off. I will continue to take it.

I think this product is great! The best thing is it really helps me go to the bathroom which is amazing! I’m definitely a little lighter on the scale too! I will definitely continue to take this daily before meals.

For Lent, I give up something that I like. This is usually eating sweets and snacks. I basically go on a diet. One thing I dislike most about a diet is feeling hungry. This is what drew my interest in Bio-X4. After taking 2 pills, I was impressed with its ability to decrease my hunger response. As long as I can keep myself distracted (by staying busy), I can fast from 7pm to noon the next day. The scale showed 192 lbs as of today. Let’s see how much I can loose in the next 40 days. 😀

I’ve been taking Bio x4, one pill every meal. My bloating has significantly improved. And i’m down a couple sizes. When I weigh on the scale, I am way less than I was a few months ago!

I have used the product for several months have lost 10 to 11 pounds. This is the first product that has helped me loose weight. I want to loose 5 more pounds and then stay at my goal weight. The biggest thing I have noticed is cravings and portion control has really improved. Right now I have been staying at the losing plateau for about 2 weeks. Any suggestions would be great. Emerging from an extremely difficult and draining period of my life caregiving two family members who passed on I had totally neglected myself in all ways especially my health and fitness. After 3 months of intense grief, I slowly started to take care of myself just before the Christmas holiday. I went back to healthy eating and started and changed up my exercise regimen and started Nucific at this same time My goals are to lose 10-12 pounds Right now I’m 127.5 lbs. 5 ft 5 inches 70 years old I still work as an RN 20 hours per week. The first thing I noticed is when I really want something extra, I reach for a small piece of fruit or a small protein bar. Have lost 11 lbs so far. Seem to have pleateau the last two weeks. Drop a lb gain a lb. has been the cycle. So far very happy with the product.

I have digestive enzyme with omega blend and love it. Removes all bloat after meals and I can tell when I don’t take it.

I could tell just a few weeks in that there was something changing and in my stomach. I have another month to go and hopefully my gut health will be better. It is definitely better than it was when I started.
