How Prebio Cleanse Works

Helps Manage Unhealthy Cravings*

Konjac Root, also known as elephant yam, is a broad-spectrum fiber. It swells and turns into a gel when it comes in contact with water — so you can feel full, and help avoid unhealthy cravings.

Inulin and Fructooligosaccharides also absorb water and turn into a gel, to help you feel full. Then, as it slowly passes through your digestive tract, it gathers fat particles and carries them out of your body.

L-arabinose, a powerful “sugar-blocker”, helps reduce your body’s absorption of sucrose from the small intestine, which encourages your body to burn stored glycogen as energy. The result can be: a more steady absorption of sugars instead of “spikes” — and reduced unhealthy cravings.

Oat Beta Glucan is a soluble fiber, so it takes longer to pass through your digestive system. It also helps your body’s ability to manage carb intake — which can help calm unhealthy cravings.

Supports Smoother Digestion*

These 3 dietary fibers not only help your good gut bacteria thrive and multiply, they also help you experience smoother digestion and gentler bathroom habits. That means you can enjoy more of your favorite foods with fewer feelings of discomfort or bloating.

I was feeling bloated because I had stopped taking bio x 4. That was a mistake. I started to take the pro cleanse and started the bio x 4 back up. I was bloated for a few weeks but didn’t give up because I knew how the bio x 4 made me feel after taking it before. I’m glad I started taking it again and thrilled with the cleanse as well. Highly recommend.

I've been trying to lose weight, but was in a stall. Since using this product my weight has come down. I started back to losing weight again. I love this product.

My weight had stalled for 5 weeks. I started using this product the first week lost 4 lbs. Every week now, since starting this product, I’ve losted 2 lbs. This is a great weightloss assistant product. I drink one gallon of water along with this prebio cleanse.

I was having issues with constipation and bloating. Been taking Bio-X4 for a few years now. I added more protein to my diet to build bone. Then I started having problems with constipation and bloating. I found that I was taking a probiotics but needed prebiotics too. Was presented with a product from another company. Was hesitant about trying it. Why not go to Nucific and see if they had a prebiotic for me. Yes, they did and it is so easy to take with water. It has no real taste and dilutes easily. Been using it for about a month now. I am really happy with the results I have been getting. No problems with bowel movements, no straining, no gas, easy elimination for me. I just bought another bottle to continue on with my great gut health. So now I use Prebio Cleanse in the morning with water before my meal. I take Bio-X4 before meals throughout the day. I swear by Bio-X4 so now I can swear by Prebio Cleanse too!! Happy I found these products. Forget stool softener, try Prebio Cleanse, you will like it too.
