Been using their products for a while, bio four and the carb six. I really think that they help because I eat lots of sugar. They are very pricey so unless you can find it on sale it’s tough to continue taking.

Workout and eat healthy
I feel like with any supplement you get better results when you workout while taking it. I’m not sure if you’re supposed to limit your card intake while taking this? But I’ve been eating bread and carbs like I normally do. Seems to be working. I don’t suggest eating unhealthy foods and trying to take this. I feel like that wouldn’t work but eating a healthy nutrient dense diet will make this product work better 😊

I use carb 6 and find that it allows me to lose or maintain my weight without crazy dieting. You still have to watch the intake but you can kinda eat what you want. Love the company and the products.
