How long until I receive my order?
Most orders ship from our warehouse the same day they’re ordered. We are currently experiencing very few delays. However, because our warehouse team is practicing safe social distancing, our staff is slightly smaller than usual. At this time, most U.S. orders are shipping out in 1-3 business days, and should arrive at your door within 2-7 business days. Please note that we ARE experiencing shipping delays with international orders.
Are all Nucific items still in stock?
Yes. At this time, most of our items ARE currently in stock. As individual products sell out, they will be marked as “Sold Out” on our website, and you will be unable to add them to your cart. Our Nucific team is working very hard to keep as many products available as possible — but if you see something you’re interested in purchasing, we recommend ordering now to secure your supply.
How many items am I allowed to order? Is there an order limit?
At this time, there is no limit to how many items you can order. We encourage you to stock up on whatever you need for the coming weeks and months. However, given the high demand we’ve seen recently, we cannot guarantee our inventory will last. If you see something you’re interested in, we recommend ordering as soon as you can.
