How do I take Digestive Enzyme?
For optimal results, please take 1-2 Digestive Enzyme capsules with a full glass of water with each meal. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. We suggest that you start taking one capsule with each meal and wait to experience results before deciding to take two per meal.
What will happen if I miss a day?
If you miss a meal or a day, simply resume your Digestive Enzyme regimen at the following meal. You don’t need to take extra capsules to make up for the ones you’ve missed.
When can I experience results?
Everyone’s system is different, so we suggest waiting 60-90 days to experience the full benefits of Digestive Enzyme, including more comfortable digestion, reduced gas and bloating and more. LESS BLOATING!

Digestive Enzymes
Since I have been taking these supplements, I have noticed a drastic change in my digestive system. When I remember to take them ( and I say “remember”, because I right away notice the difference when I don’t take them), I feel lighter. I don’t have bloating, stomach pains or hard stool. Everything runs smoothly. I will say that in the beginning I had gas that didn’t smell so great, but after taking it consistently, it went away. It feels great not to have to worry about how I will feel after I eat.

I’ve been using this product in combination with Bio-X4 and am having great success. I was experiencing bloating after eating or drinking even a small portion. Bio-X4 relieved the bloating and the Digestive Enzyme has helped to level everything out.
