Of course I was skeptical. I’ve been dancing this dance with my weight my entire life, and I’m so tired of it. I’ve tried more times than I can count to loose weight. Wonderful Natural Supplements
I have used BIO-4 the most. After about 2-3 months, I started losing weight, and my bowels worked more like they should. I have lost 20 pounds, and my cravings and hunger are less. I also do not have abdominal bloating. It has now been 10-11 months, and I have kept my weight off. I eat what I want but have cut down some on carbs and sugar. I do enjoy reading your emails. Reasonable Results
